Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with [Walker Design & Sales].
Our prints are custom made to order through our professional print lab partner, WhiteWall. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, delivery time includes both production time and carrier transit time.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not ship to:
- P.O. Boxes,
- APO addresses,
- FPO addresses,
- military addresses,
- parcel pickup stations,
- package shops,
- or Puerto Rico.
Please provide a valid residential or business shipping address at checkout.
Order Processing
After your order is placed and payment is completed, we review the order and submit it for production.
Most eligible orders are submitted for production within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Once an order has been submitted to production, it usually cannot be changed or canceled.
Production & Delivery Time
Each print is made to order. Production and delivery times vary depending on the product type, size, material, finish, framing option, and shipping destination.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout, in order confirmations, or through tracking are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Large-format prints, framed items, acrylic prints, metal prints, and specialty products may require additional production, packaging, or handling time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Shipping costs may vary based on:
- product size,
- product material,
- order quantity,
- shipping destination,
- packaging requirements,
- and available shipping options.
Any free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or promotional shipping offer will be shown at checkout when available.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using WhiteWall’s selected shipping partners. The carrier may vary depending on the product, package size, package weight, and delivery destination.
We cannot guarantee a specific shipping carrier.
Express or Rush Shipping
Express shipping, rush shipping, and guaranteed-date delivery are not currently available.
All orders are produced and shipped as quickly as possible based on the product selected and the production schedule.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
Multiple Packages
Some orders may ship in more than one package. This can happen when items are different sizes, different materials, or require separate protective packaging.
If your order ships in multiple packages, packages may arrive at different times and may have separate tracking numbers.
Address Accuracy
Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at [sales@walkerdesignsales.com]. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been submitted to production or shipped.
Packaging and Branding
Orders may ship directly from WhiteWall or another production/shipping partner. Packaging, shipping labels, packing materials, or delivery documents may identify WhiteWall, the production partner, or the shipping carrier.
We cannot guarantee fully unbranded or white-label packaging.
Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Packages
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [sales@walkerdesignsales.com] within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number,
- photos of the damaged or incorrect item,
- photos of the packaging,
- and a brief description of the issue.
Please keep the original item and packaging until the issue is resolved.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier first. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at [sales@walkerdesignsales.com] so we can review the issue.
